About Nicole Han

I fell in love with songwriting at the age of 7. I grew up classically playing piano and have always been drawn to creative writing! Writing music seemed to be the perfect blend of these hobbies. I started releasing music in 2021/2022, and have been enjoying every single moment of the journey ever since.

What is your goal?

My goal is to connect with people who might feel seen and understood through my music. My songwriting stays honest and true to who I am, and I hope that at least one person can connect with what I create!

Why do you make music?

Writing music to me is like writing diary entries. I take a diaristic, honest approach to my lyrics and I love telling stories that I have experienced in some way. Writing music is something I've been doing since I was a little kid, and it's shaped the person I am today.

What artists inspire you?

So many! I love Lorde's descriptive lyricism and production, Holly Humberstone's blend of singer-songwriter meets grunge, and Lennon Stella's dreamy vocals.
