Tori Nhieu's “Again and Again and Again and…”

Los Angeles based singer-songwriter Tori Nhieu has recently released her next single "Again and Again and Again and…," this morning on August 13th. This song incorporates the feeling of repeating bad decisions again and again, knowing the outcome will be undesirable.
Nhieu says, "There are consequences to purposely making reckless decisions. 'Again and Again and Again and…' reflects how choosing to be in situations, knowing you'll regret it for the hot tea in your next gossip session, doesn't prevent you from landing in the emotional trenches. Written on my bedroom floor after many nights out and lessons not learned." Her biggest goal with this song is to make the listener feel understood by utilizing relatable lyrics.
"I think that openly admitting to making bad decisions can sometimes feel like an embarrassing thing to say out loud, but it's human nature, especially in dating. I'd hope that those who relate have chosen to leave those negative situations, but I'd hope that listeners feel connected and understood by this song."
This song is perfect for anyone who longs for love but seems to keep making the same mistakes. Tori is similar to other artists like Wisp, Bridley Costello, and slow indie pop. Tori says, "I'm personally inspired by a lot of storytelling-based lyricism, so I would think that fans of imagery-painting lyrics would gravitate towards 'Again and Again and Again and…,' but I'd hope that anyone who has experienced a passionate romantic endeavor that sits at a weird, unclear in-between would feel heard. I'm a really big listener of my pop girlies (Taylor Swift, Gracie Abrams, Lizzy McAlpine, etc.) and it'd be a dream to have my fellow lovers of these artists feel connected to the music I've been inspired to make."

There is something so special about finding an artist that cares so deeply about every single lyric and note in every song.
